Coffee: Father’s
Partner since January 2024
Our discussions are powered by Father’s coffee roastery, specialty coffee from Ostrava, Czech Republic.
Father’s joined Creative Coffee Chat as our sole coffee partner in January 2024 but our personal connection with this family-run Ostrava roastery goes right back to August 2021.
We first met Father’s on our nomadic adventure, travelling by trains and bicycles, with only our backpacks and cat for company, one that would lead us to Italy and back, sampling local coffees on the way.
From the first Father’s brew we knew it was special. Even with many more miles under our feet, we still haven’t forgotten that first batch on a misty and brisk August morning.
When it came time to share Creative Coffee Chat with partners, Father’s dedication to quality, community and presentation set them apart as our dream choice so our joy was barely contained when we found we could work together.
2024 has been the highest quality coffee year of the project and we look forward to what the future will bring.

Atrium Žižkov Gallery
On November 26th we’ve hosted a unique evening discussion and networking at Atrium Žižkov Gallery alongside the Slovo od slova exhibition.
About Atrium Žižkov:
Somewhere between Jiřák, Žižkov tower and Olšanské náměstí there is a quiet courtyard where you will find a baroque church with a garden. The former baroque church is for some time now a great cultural centre - Atrium Žižkov, operating as an organisation established and financed by Prague 3 for almost 40 years. Here you'll find a varied music program, unique community events and fresh exhibition projects.
Papír Fest
Creative Coffee Chat was part of the festival on November 2, offering program of two discussions on topic “From creative hobby to business” with Networking in between.
About Papír Fest:
Papír Fest is a festival of local stationery brands that takes place twice a year. It’s a celebration bringing together independent businesses, creatives, makers and paper lovers united by a passion for stationery.
Foyer Showroom & Coworking Hub
We’ve hosted several discussions at Foyer studio through 2024 with their support.
About Foyer:
Foyer - a fresh, unique and stylish co-working space and design showroom located in the heart of Prague 7’s art-district area.
Foyer’s consistently photogenic appearance coupled with large windows and overhead skylights were ideal for bright Saturday morning discussions, relaxed portrait sessions and open space networking.
Place of Departure studio
We’ve hosted 2 events together at this creativity filled location so far and we are looking towards future collaborations!
About Place of Departure:
“Place of Departure is a gaming studio not a funeral home” and also our trusted partner and friend.
PoD is an independent game dev studio dedicated to the creation of unique gameplay and story driven IPs without restrictions on creativity, humour and unique art styles.
Locus Workspace
Creative Coffee Chat is grateful to Locus Coworking for their support in the early days of the project.
About Locus:
A glass-walled elevator will bring you to the top of a classic Vinohrady building where you’ll find Locus Workspace. This is a cosy English speaking coworking for independent workers and digital nomads.
Locus was our home base for discussions for over a year, we enjoyed watching the seasons change through the large window of its meeting room with a unique view on Zizkov tower.
